Crunchy, creamy and sweet crostini. Perfect bite to pair with a cocktail or enjoy on it's own.

Ingredients
  • 1 small baguette, sliced
  • 1 log goat cheese, room temperature
  • 1 red bartlett pear or your favorite variety, sliced thinly
  • walnuts pieces, toasted
  • honey
  • fresh thyme leaves
Instructions
  1. Cut baguette into ½” slices. Toast sliced baguette for 5 minutes at 450 F. Let cool.

  2. Toast walnut pieces in a pan until slightly golden. Let cool. 

  3. Spread goat cheese on top, add 3 thin slices of pear on each crostini. Top pears with walnuts, drizzle with honey and add a few small leaves of fresh thyme on top. 

  4. Enjoy with cocktails.
