Crunchy, creamy and sweet crostini. Perfect bite to pair with a cocktail or enjoy on it's own.
Cut baguette into ½” slices. Toast sliced baguette for 5 minutes at 450 F. Let cool.
Toast walnut pieces in a pan until slightly golden. Let cool.
Spread goat cheese on top, add 3 thin slices of pear on each crostini. Top pears with walnuts, drizzle with honey and add a few small leaves of fresh thyme on top.
Enjoy with cocktails.
